Thank you for choosing Falour for your outdoor gear needs. We currently offer shipping services exclusively within the United States to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience for our customers.

Shipping is available within the United States only.

General Shipping Information

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.

How We Ship

We ship via major carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS. Falour reserves the right to select the most appropriate carrier to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

After items leave the warehouse, delivery typically takes 4–12 business days, depending on the destination.

Orders with a total value of $400 or less are usually shipped via USPS and arrive within 4–12 business days from the order date.

Orders with a total value of over $400 are typically shipped via express carriers such as DHL or UPS and arrive within 3–7 business days from the order date.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service before 7:00 PM (PST) on the same day the order was placed.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If the package is already in transit, you may refuse the delivery. After the returned package is received, the order will be canceled within 1–2 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email containing your tracking number and carrier information.

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us at service@falour.us. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Multiple Item Orders

If you ordered multiple items, we will do our best to ship them together. However, items may arrive separately depending on product availability and shipping method.

Important Notes

Shipping is available within the United States only.

APO / FPO military addresses are not supported at this time.
