Can I modify or cancel my order?

We usually send your order information to our dispatch team at the end of the shopping day. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it. If you contact us as soon as possible, we will check your order status and let you know whether a change or cancellation is still possible.

What if my tracking number isn’t working?

Tracking information usually takes 2–3 days to appear in the carrier’s system. You will normally receive your tracking number automatically by email. If it still doesn’t work or you haven’t received it after a few days, please contact us at service@falour.us.

I haven’t received my order. What should I do?

Orders are typically shipped within 2–3 business days. Delivery may take up to 5–13 business days depending on your location and carrier conditions. If your order has not arrived after this time, please contact us at service@falour.us.

My order has arrived, but the product is wrong or damaged. What should I do?

Most orders arrive without any issues. If your item is damaged or incorrect, please email us at service@falour.us with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product

We will review the details and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation email. What’s going on?

Please make sure the email address you entered at checkout is correct. If you can’t find the confirmation email in your inbox, check your Spam/Junk folder. If it’s not there either, contact us at service@falour.us.

I ordered more than one item, but I only received one. Why is that?

If you ordered multiple items, we do our best to ship everything together. However, sometimes we may split an order into multiple shipments when items are shipped from different fulfillment centers.

If your order is split, you may receive separate tracking numbers for each package. The remaining items are on the way and will arrive soon.
