        How long will it take my order to arrive?

        Currently, we only ship within the United States. (Note: delivery in the United States, but does not include APO / FPO military address.)

        • We typically ship products within 1-2 business days from when you place your order. 

        Shipping usually takes 3-7 business days (Express) and 4-12 business days (Free) for USA.Your order will arrive within below delivery estimates based on your location and selected shipping speed.

        • A tracking number will be sent to you by email if items shipped out.
        How do I modify the items in my order?

        Contact service@falour.us as early as possible to make the changes. Please be noted that one can not make changes to the order once the order ships.

        How do I cancel an order?

        To request the cancellation of your order, please send an email to service@falour.us with your order details and your request to cancel.

        Please note that orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. Once you receive a shipment notification, the order is considered final. In such cases, we recommend waiting for the package to arrive and then deciding whether to keep it or initiate a return/exchange. If you choose to return the item, you will be responsible for the postage to send the product back to our collection warehouse. Once we confirm receipt at our warehouse, your payment will be refunded.

        What Shipping Methods are available?
        • For free shipping, we use your local postal service such as USPS and LePost.
        • For express shipping, we use parcel shippers like DHL, UPS or FedEx depending on your location.
